It was wonderful to see in recent years is the use of local products in beautiful Cumbria – Lake District hotels County. Cumbria is famous for a variety of products, but more so than any of lamb. Cumbria and the Lake District are very fortunate to have a variety of small producers and artisans of lamb, chutney beef and sausage and beer. These products can be found in abundance and residents and visitors to the region are very spoiled. There are even hotels that have their own orchards and farms in Victoria. These gardens abundant supply of fruits and vegetables fresh as possible to their hotels and agricultural supplies like meat very much. Not only hotels used by many local products, but being a little more reach and giving. This is an excellent marketing tool for a hotel and there are now invited short stays in the Lake District, both for the food landscape. In the southern lakes, in particular, a large number of producers and suppliers.
