I purchased a mobile home with vinyl gypsum board and I tried to paint and paste it flakes easily. NOW PAINTINGS THEVINYL I tried and spread. No response to what he could do to solve the problem. IS THE PRIM realistic about it and make it stick now or at any help would be welcome …
You can paint on vinyl sheet rock. Ideally, it should be cleaned first, the first with KILZ. then you can paint over the KILZ. could have two layers.
